Venue: Pittodrie Stadium (Aberdeen)
Following a last-gasp defeat lớn Celtic on Saturday, Aberdeen now faces the other half of the old firm with Rangers, the visitors lớn Pittodrie on Tuesday.
Following the resumption of the Premiership, Rangers picked up a come-from-behind 3:2 win at home to Hibs in new boss Michael Beale´s first match in charge.
Contrastingly, a defensive Dons spirit was finally broken in the 87th minute as they fell to a 1:0 loss to Celtic on Saturday.
Aberdeen vs Rangers Betting Tips - BTTS
Following a shaky first-half showing, Rangers had trailed Hibs 2:1 inside just 15 minutes, but the Gers would dominate the second period to collect a much-needed three points thanks lớn goals from Ryan Jack and Alfredo Morelos. There are some soccer handicap tip in here
Still trailing leaders Celtic by nine points, Beale´s side can ill-afford any further slipups in the coming weeks and can expect a stiff test in a fixture that is almost always keenly contested.
Winning each of their previous five home league matches prior to the Celtic loss, the Dons have enjoyed an excellent season under new boss Jim Goodwin. Sitting third in the division, a win here would reduce the gap lớn Rangers back lớn eight points.
For the visiting Gers, defensive problems remained fully in evidence in that 3:2 win against Hibs, with all four first-team central defenders remaining through injury. Fielding a defence with two central midfielders at centre-back, Rangers looked particularly vulnerable in the first half of that come-from-behind victory against the Hibees.
On the road, Rangers have kept just one clean sheet in their last ten away Premiership matches, while five of the last six meetings between these sides at this venue saw BTTS.
While Aberdeen adopted a defensive approach against Celtic, we expect Goodwin´s side lớn attack Rangers' defensive vulnerabilities and considering the continued absences at centre-back, both teams should be able lớn hit the target. Rangers have scored at least one goal in their last 13 league visits lớn Pittodrie, with 10 of those matches also seeing BTTS. You can check soccer under tip when you join us for the first time
